RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We at Giantto Group strive to make you feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) based on our Return and Exchange Policy below.

Full Price and Regular on Sale Items -eligible for return and exchange within 14 days.

Sample Sale & Final Sale -Items marked final sale or sample sale are eligible for exchange or store credit only -within 14 days. No refunds.

Gifts - Gift recipients with a gift receipt are eligible for store credit or exchange. No cash back or refunds. Sample Sale and Final Sale Items are exempt from extended exchanges and store credit. For gift exchanges, please email us info@giantto.com with your receipt number.

Online/Store Returns - Online orders are honored for returns 14 days from the point of delivery, not purchase.  In-store orders are honored for 14 days return from point of purchase in store. Online returns have a fee of $8 that will be deducted from your total, when the return is processed.

Live in the Los Angeles area? You can also return/exchange items at our Tarzana, CA location.

POLICY

All Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  1. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. 
  2. Any defected item(s) must be reported the day of delivery.  You can send in this request to info@giantto.com
  3. Refunds must be accompanied with original receipt. Refunds are issued to the original purchaser and issued to the original form of payment. 
  4. Items marked final sale, or sample sale are eligible for exchange or store credit only - within 14 days.
  5. Gift recipients with a receipt, items can only be exchanged for another item or issued store credit for the amount paid. No cash back or credit card refund will be issued with a gift receipt. No exceptions. 
  6. Please handle with care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund, or it will be shipped back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.  
  7. Items brought to the store without an original / gift receipt will be offered credit in the lowest sample sale amount the item was sold for. This will be determined by the associate upon inspection and resale condition of the items brought in.
  8. Free gifts don’t have an assigned value and don't qualify towards an exchange or store credit. 

GOT THE WRONG SIZE?

  • If you only need a size exchange, please do not send the gift box. Just send the item that needs to be exchanged and note the size you would like in the package.
  • If you need links removed from a bracelet and do not live in the Los Angeles area, you can take it to any jewelry/watch repair kiosk in a mall and they can do it for you. You can also send it into our boutique address below and we can do it, free of charge

REFUNDS

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 2-3 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

When a delivery confirmation/tracking number is provided, Giantto Group is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the carrier claims delivery. If you do not receive a package, in which delivery is confirmed by the carrier, we will help you to contact the carrier to try and resolve the issue but we are not liable for a lost package.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is unclaimed and is sent back to Giantto Group, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery cost; a flat fee of $6.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

If a package is returned to Giantto Group due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery cost; a flat fee of $6. If customer does not want re-delivery and prefers a refund, Giantto Group will deduct $6 from the refund. Giantto Group is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

JEWELRY SERVICE AND  REPAIR

At Giantto Group we stand behind our unique design and craftsmanship of all our pieces and offer repairs and polishing for a small fee.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and contact you with an estimate if applicable.  Upon approval and payment, the repair should generally take 7-14 business days unless otherwise stated.

WATCHES | WARRANTY

WHAT IS COVERED?

The hands, dial, and watch movement are the only components covered under the warranty. If the watch proves to be defective in workmanship under normal use, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge at the discretion of Giantto Group Service Center. Any defected item(s) must be reported the day of delivery.  You can send in this request to info@giantto.com.  Warranty is valid with proof of purchase (i.e. sales receipt, warranty card).

Watches: 2 Years

What is not covered?

  • Case, crystal, crown, strap, or metal band.

Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear

  • Water damage taking into consideration water resistance rules.
  • Repairs if the watch was not originally purchased from an authorized Giantto Group retailer
  • This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.
  • Select sample sale or marked down watches purchased in store will be exempt from warranty. This will be disclosed at check out.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

There is no charge if the issue is covered under warranty.  If your issue isn’t covered, you’ll pay an out-of-warranty fee.  A return shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty service.

 

USA SHIPPING

We value every purchase, and we do our best to honor all shipping requests to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. To guarantee that an item reaches you when expected, please read the shipping policy below for online orders. business shipping hours:

Monday — Friday, 9 a.m. — 2 p.m. PST, excluding national holidays

Giantto Group processes order within 3-4 days of the order's placement. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday, or Holiday will be processed the following business day. Giantto Group cannot be accountable for carrier delays or delays caused by holidays, meteorological conditions and other circumstances that are irrelevant to Giantto Group’s  control.

If UPS Next Day Air is selected on a non business day - it will ship on the following business day. For example, if you place your order on Saturday for 2nd Day, it will ship Monday and be delivered Wednesday.

Once orders are sent, they can no longer be cancelled and change of delivery address is no longer possible.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Giantto Group is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. Most countries calculate shipping charges, taxes, tariffs and duties at checkout and the customer owes nothing additional at delivery.

For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products, but the shipping cost will not be refunded. 

We do not provide a return shipping label within our packaging as return international shipments are the customer’s responsibility. Giantto Group is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement of compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Giantto Group.
